Terms of Service
1. Scope
Maviro Uploader ("the Application") is a private desktop tool used solely by the owner of the Maviro YouTube channel to manage videos on that channel. It is not offered as a service to the public.
2. YouTube Terms
The Application uses YouTube API Services. Use of the Application is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
3. Acceptable use
The Application may be used only to upload, schedule, and manage content on the authorized user's own YouTube channel, in compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
4. Privacy
How the Application handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
